Kevin has been a good friend of mine since we were in Kindergarten. He pushed our friendship to the breaking point the day he trashed my RC vehicle, while we were racing them in a parking lot in our city. Kevin had drank 3 of those 5 hour energy drinks and he was buzzing all-around like a freak and controlling his buggy like a mad man.

I had just spent my whole life’s stash on a new Redcat Racing Volcano. I was thrilled and putting my new asset through it’s primary assessment sprint. This RC truck was a deal I had put away for many moons to buy and it was my treasure. I had worked all summer mowing lawns and picking up up leaves for this truck so I was being very cautious with it. I had been through hell and back finding the Redcat Racing Volcano. All of the local RC stores did not have this style in stock so I had to get in my car and make a journey to a shop 2 hours away from my town. My pal Kevin was being ridiculous as usually, racing his junker RC into holes, walls and being a general freak.

We depleted all morning trying to make it to the empty lot. Kevin was running late when he picked me up and he was ranting on and on about how he had to have a breakfast burrito or he would be unable to make it through the day. We stopped on the way to the lot and he loaded up on his usual fast food before finally heading out to race my latest truck.

We had only been at the vacant lot for 30 minutes when my worst nightmare came to life. I was slowly breaking in my latest acquisition and having a great time. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see Kevin being an idiot and racing his garbage vehicle without giving a care in the world for my car. Then I noticed that his vehicle was getting closer and closer to the path my vehicle was in. Dread came over me when I then noticed that Kevin’s care was coming right to my new-fangled car. I tried to take evasive maneuvers but I just wasn’t quick enough.

I watched in horror as Kevin’s car plowed into the side of my baby at no less than 40 miles an hour. I closed my eyes right before impact only to open them to flying RC parts and pieces flying through the air. After it was all over, I looked up to see my new-fangled RC trashed, busted and all over the lot.

. I felt like screaming to the top of my lungs but no sound would happen out. . Not speaking to Kevin, we packed up and left the vacant . We did not speak a word to each other the complete way home. While I was getting out of the car, he said that he was sorry and that he would purchase another truck for me. We made up and I started feeling better about the full deal. We than came up with plans to run shopping for a latest RC the next day. The next day, Kevin showed up to pick me up 2 hours late. . We visited all hobby shop with a 100 mile radius and we were not capable to locate a truck that matched the one that Kevin ruined. I was really disappointed and bummed out when Kevin finally came up with a idea that somewhat useful. He said that he found a site that had thousands of different RC models and parts and had seen my truck on the site before. Straight away I pulled out the laptop and went to RC Cars. Within 2 minutes I found the Redcat Racing Volcano and two minutes later I had bought the truck with without charge shipping! My truck arrived a few days later through UPS and this total experience is a only a bad dream now. Since that bad occurrence, Kevin has chilled out a bit and we are racing almost all day now. Now that I have my new-fangled RC truck, I can only glimpse back and giggle at the time my buddy went wild and destroyed my most prized possession RC Truck. We laugh about it now and tell everyone

Looking her up turned out to be one of the worst ideas that I could have possibly considered. Currently I am dating a girl that is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I didn’t want to look up my old Ex girlfriend To start a romantic relationship with her.

At this point I decided to stop all contact with my ex girlfriend and I let her know my email! She responded in a very strange rant, stating that she still loved me and that I never gave her a real chance when we dated 10 years ago. Even after my request she still continued to contact me by email and phone.After a week of her still contacting me I had to go the legal route and get a restraining order. The restraining order worked. The old girlfriend did stop her calls and late night drive bys but the whole situation has taught me a valuable lesson. I was forced to remove any and all of my contact information from the Internet. I guess I will stick with staying with the friends that I have .
